- Headquarters Counseling Center — Our trained volunteer and paid staff improve the emotional well-being and safety of adults and children through readily available counseling, education, and information services.
- KCAVP — The Kansas City Anti-Violence Project (KCAVP) is a Missouri 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation committed to providing domestic violence, sexual assault, and bias crimes advocacy and education to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.
- Trans Lifeline —Trans Lifeline is a non-profit dedicated to the well being of transgender people. We run a hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. This is a FREE helpline run by volunteers and supported by the community.
- GLBT National Help Center — The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender National Hotline provides telephone and email peer-counseling, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. All of our services are free and confidential.
- GLBT National Youth Talkline - The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender National Youth Talkine provides telephone and email peer-counseling, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States.
- The Trevor Project - leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.

- Lawrence and Douglas County Health Department — Provides services for individuals and families affected by HIV and AIDS.
- PFLAG Lawrence/Topeka — This is the local chapter of Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.
- Lawrence High School Gay-Straight Alliance, Welcomes all LGBTQ, questioning and straight youth to talk about issues. Meets almost every Friday at 3:05 pm in the LHS Library, 1901 Louisiana Street Lawrence, KS 66046-2999 785-330-2391, e-mail Arla Jones.
- Lawrence Queer Youth Voice - LQYV is a voice for trans* and queer youth in Lawrence, Kansas that provides a safe space and an outlet for youth activism. They have a drop-in center that meets on Wednesdays and Saturdays and provide a variety of services completely led and run by youth.
- NetworQ — NetworQ’s mission is to support, educate, and serve the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community, their friends, families, and allies.

- Passages — Passages is Kansas City's only youth center dedicated to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning youth, and straight allies, operating now for over 23 years!

- Heartland Men’s Chorus — provides excellence in performance while advancing men’s choral music, building community, and reaching out to diverse audiences. The members of HMC have joined together for the purpose of making music as a not-for-profit, volunteer chorus of gay and gay-sensitive people who are making a positive cultural contribution to the entire community.

- Positive Connections - formed as the Topeka AIDS Project in 1985, is Kansas' oldest HIV/AIDS service organization. Serving Topeka and a 17-county region of rural Northeast Kansas, Positive Connections provides comprehensive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, as well as community education and outreach programs to prevent future infections.
